I love to read

 I used to love going to the library and getting three or four books to read for the month.

So I started a reading collection, and some of the books I love I wanted to share.

I wanna GO already...

Another night where I cannot sleep

So me and Dave (bf) finally got the motorhome, fixed anything that could have turned into a problem, moved in all our stuff, and now just waiting to say our good bye's to family. I'm so excited for this journey to begin, mostly because after living in the same area all my life, it's time to venture off and experience life the way it should be. With love, thrills, terrors, joy, and everything that comes with being independent from society. That's what I would say I love the most about the idea, is nobody can tell you how to live, what's the proper way to handle your own damn business. And I'm so ready for that disconnection. To take a break and breathe. I plan on doing a lot of art, crafts, thrifting, reading, writing, and blogging :) . Were going to record the whole trip and compose a little something when we do decide to come back. And I'll probably enroll in more classes and get that ball rolling too. So it's about 8 a.m. and I haven't slept at all yet, I've been drinking tea and chai everynight and watching videos on youtube nonstop. It's a tad ridiculous, and I know hah I'll get tired of it eventually and spend all of my energy on something else. Well off to sleep the day away, and be a vampire again tonight.

Hair update I guess

So I just left my hair in rollers overnight and came out with this! Even when I brush them out they go right back in place. Lately I've been wanting to experiment with my hair, getting a perm, different ways to wear it up, to curl it or get a haircut. Because I'm just so frickin bored of my hair, and I want a change that won't be damaging, but comes out decent. So I tried this out and I really like it, (especially after day one) and I think I'm going to start doing it more often. 

This is after a day and I HAD to pin my bangs back because I went bowling with my bf family and I just couldn't bowl with hair in my face. The curl really relaxed a lot!

Ugh... another night I can't sleep. Sometimes it feels like I have insomnia. I'll stay up drawing, making trinkets, eating, watching t.v., everything EXCEPT sleeping, haha. So I just took this picture to show you all my bags I got from staying up too often:) What do you do when you can't sleep?

Twins

This is my twin sister, my best friend. She joined the army and now is overseas in Korea. She decided it was the life she wanted, and now she loves it, but I can't help but be angry, and selfish because I want her here. I want to take the long walks early in the morning talking for hours about our dreams, lovers, adventures to be had. I miss her so much, I wish you safety overseas, and I love you.

Back in the day

Back in high school I had short hair :) At the end of high school I decided to let it grow out, because I would see other girls with long beautiful hair, and I just always had choppy crazy hair that had a mind of it's own. Looking back I liked it but I'm glad to have long hair now. What do you guys think? better long or short?

bangs,bangs,bangs..

So I've been considering cutting bangs on myself for some time. I'm not sure if it will fit me? But I want to experiment a little. When I was in grade school, my Dad would always cut me and my sisters bangs, real thick ,chunky bangs. :) Until we decided to cut our own hair which went horribly haha .And besides hair always grows, so i should stop being afraid right?

I'm ALL smiles

Wawona Beach, such an awesome day.I love having those days where everything just goes right. Sometimes the slightest thing can set some one off and they will either bump into you without saying "excuse me", or look at you odd, and then your upset and end up taking it out on someone else,  it's a cycle. So sometimes I try to tell myself, "don't let it upset you, let your day be great", and it helps me. So the next time someone is upsetting you, or just being rude, don't let it. Just let your happiness shine.

Enjoyin a Cruise through Town

 I love thinking of the days when I would take walks all over town, not really going somewhere, or having plans, except to find a spot to relax and draw, or listen to music. I would dedicate days just for that, and honestly those times were my funnest, and especially when a friend or my bf would tag along. If I found a job that required travelling and art, it would be my perfect match.
